Brim and Dash Millinery

Brim and Dash was born from a long time love affair with hats. After years of couture sewing for women’s evening wear, one hat class was all it took to become totally immersed in the art of the hat. The colors and textures start the design process. Using only natural fibers, further hand sculpting is needed to achieve my own style. I truly believe that a beautiful hat can transform a person’s attitude and confidence. A hat provokes a smile, from everyone who sees you. Every hat is designed, created and hand made by me, and each is given special attention when it comes to detail and fit. My hats are mostly one of a kind, using raffia, sinamay and fur felt for artistically styled hats. I also do Derby Hats, bridal headwear or that special hat if you are having tea with the Queen !
